The club has several major activities each year. In April we run one of the largest bird auction in Queensland when over 200 lots go under the hammer each year. This gives members an opportunity to sell their birds to the public, especially those that live further away from the cities.

We also have an annual bus trip where we go out and meet other bird breeders so that we watch and learn a few things from other bird enthusiasts.

Then to round off the year we have our Christmas breakup party in December at the residence of one of our club members.

We have club meetings on the second Friday of every month (except January), where you can discuss your bird successes or failures with other members of the club.

Every month (except January) we publish a Club magazine. This contains articles on birds, club activities and other avicutural related information. The magazine is only available to club members as a part of their subscription.
